Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the organization’s fleet ensuring maximum vehicle availability and utilization.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety and regulatory requirements including registrations, inspections, insurance, and permits.
- Monitor fleet performance through KPIs, maintenance records, fuel consumption, and utilization reports.
- Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Manage breakdowns and emergency vehicle recovery to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor fuel usage and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
