Job Summary
The Vehicle Management is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, compliance, and overall operational readiness of all delivery vehicles. The role ensures that all fleet units are in optimal condition, compliant with regulations, and available for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are operational and deployment-ready
- Monitor and coordinate vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance, including body and mechanical work
- Track and update repair status, downtime, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure timely renewal of OR/CR, insurance, and vehicle registrations
- Manage GPS monitoring systems to track vehicle usage and movement
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repairs, and servicing
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, insurance repair, and leasing services
