**About the Role**
The Fleet & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the Moove fleet is utilised and kept on the roads to the highest extent.
The role spans vehicle inbound, outbound, compliance and in life care.
**What You'll be Doing**
- Advise on new vehicle orders and strategies
- Devise the strategy for ensuring effective in life care activities
- Ensure turn around times are kept low and the fleet is proactively managed whilst in the hands of drivers, Moove or bodyshops
