Role Overview
The Fleet Maintenance Manager oversees the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment to ensure operational profitability and safety. This role involves managing a dedicated maintenance shop, controlling costs, and leading a team of technicians to maintain high vehicle reliability and training standards.
Shift : Afternoon (Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations : Ensure all vehicles are safe, reliable, and available to meet daily operational requirements through regular evaluations.
- Team Leadership : Directly supervise seven front-line employees, including 310T Technicians, Apprentices, and Welders.
- Personnel Management : Oversee staffing needs, including recruitment, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
