Fleet Dispatcher - Experience

Ghost Transportation Services is looking for an experienced Fleet Dispatcher to manage day-to-day operations of our trucks, drivers, and customers freight. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands how to run trucks efficiently, solve problems quickly, and keep drivers moving without constant oversight.

You will be working across:

• 20 company drivers and equipment
• Freight brokerage coordination
• Dock scheduling and communication

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Dispatching company drivers across local, regional and U.S. runs
• Coordinating pickups, deliveries, and route planning
• Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Managing delays, breakdowns, and service issues in real time
