Responsibilities
- Determine and communicate the repairs needed in order to maintain the fleet for maximum vehicle life and minimal downtime.
- Coordinates branch OIC and branch dispatchers in monitoring fleet due for maintenance and their respective accounts.
- Perform as Customer Service Advisor, focusing on building rapport and healthy relationship to our valued clients. Giving safety and road advices, attending emergencies such as service breakdown.
- Schedule appointments for periodic maintenance service.
- Create repair orders, purchase orders, and or job orders.
- Communicate work orders and observe workflow progress on the garage to ensure the work is completed to specified requirements in a timely manner.
