- Coordinate the complete leasing process from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Prepare lease quotations, contracts, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and delivery based on customer requirements and fleet availability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for leasing customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Liaise with Fleet, Workshop, Registration, Insurance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor contract expiries and proactively manage renewals.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate leasing and fleet records in the ERP system.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, damage, fines, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including RTA and ITC (Asateel).
