Fleet Controller position available in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
- Own reliable transport (due to shifts)
- Fleet / logistics control experience
- Strong and confident disposition
Key Performance Areas:
- Dealing with Drivers and handling of any issues that arise
- Ensuring the correct loads
- Route planning
- Tracking and monitoring of Drivers and vehicles
- Dealing with issues such as hijackings and breakdowns and arranging of any assistance required
- Administration duties
Salary: R11, 500 per month, plus performance bonuses and additional incentives if the trucks meet their targets.
