JOB SUMMARY
To provide hands-on operational, compliance, and technical oversight of the company fleet and drivers. This role is responsible for ensuring daily vehicle roadworthiness, improving driver behaviour and vehicle care standards, reducing preventable damages and breakdowns, and supporting overall transport compliance.
The role combines fleet inspections, driver coaching, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance support to improve fleet reliability, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall transport efficiency.
