Join PBS Systems as a Bilingual Trainer specializing in Fixed Operations, based in the Montreal area. This role combines remote training with on-site sessions, focusing on Dealer Management Software.
You will become an essential resource in imparting knowledge about the PBS software to new and existing clients. Your responsibilities encompass leading training sessions in English and French and supporting installations across North America. Your engagement will ensure customer service excellence while traveling approximately two weeks per month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive training for customers in both languages
• Master data entry and training processes independently
• Manage training tickets and respond to requests promptly
• Support software installations effectively
• Share knowledge for continuous team development
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English (speaking and writing)
• 1–2 years of experience in Fixed Operations
