Fixed Assets Accounting Associate

We are looking for an experienced Fixed Assets Accounting professional for serving a leading global technology company. The role involves end-to-end management of the fixed assets ledger and related accounting processes within an Oracle ERP environment. Key Responsibilities Capitalization of assets - review and processing of asset addition requests in line with company policy and GAAP guidelines Depreciation run management - monthly depreciation processing, review, and reconciliation Asset retirement and disposal - processing retirements, disposals, and transfers with appropriate journal entries and gain/loss computation Asset reconciliation - periodic reconciliation of the fixed assets sub-ledger to the general ledger Physical verification support - coordination and accounting support for periodic physical verification exercises CIP (Capital Work in Progress) management - monitoring CIP balances and timely capitalization upon project completion Reporting - preparation of fixed assets ...
