Job Responsibilities
Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure fixed asset inventories are properly conducted, reconciled, and resolved within the required timeline.
Develop and implement standardized asset tagging processes across business units.
Assign fixed asset tag numbers, print asset tags, and coordinate distribution to respective asset owners.
Work closely with operations and support teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of fixed asset accounting data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Accountancy or any Accounting-related course.
At least one (1) year of experience in Accounting or Accounting-related functions.
