Fix and Flip Real Estate Loan Processor

We operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and are looking to add a reliable team member to help manage loan files and keep transactions moving efficiently.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processing Assistant to support our team with managing loan files from application through closing. This is a remote, part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with borrowers to collect required documentation (income, insurance, entity docs, etc.)
• Organize and upload documents into our loan management system
