We are currently recruiting for a Fitter to join a growing manufacturing company based in Halstead. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, varied project work, and genuine career progression. This role would suit an experienced Fitter with a background in construction, joinery, or commercial fit-outs who enjoys working across multiple trades to produce high-quality bespoke projects. Metalwork background is also advantageous.
About the role:
Working within a busy workshop, you will be responsible for the fit-out, installation, and finishing of bespoke hospitality units, food trailers, kiosks, and modular buildings. As a Fitter, you'll work from technical drawings to complete projects from fabrication through to final installation, ensuring every build meets the highest quality standards.
