Job Responsibilities
- Lead group workout classes and provide one-on-one personal training tailored to individual fitness goals.
- Lead fun and energetic dance workouts or related activities that engage the whole body, ensuring inclusivity across all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
- Ensure a safe and effective exercise environment by monitoring participants’ form and intensity.
- Provide feedback and assistance to participants to help improve skills and performance.
- Manage class registration, scheduling, and attendance records.
Job Qualifications
- At least college graduate.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented.
- With pleasing personality.
- First aid knowledge is an advantage.
- Certifications related to the field are a plus, such as:
- Functional Training
- Dynamic & Static Stretching
