Job Role
Job role will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors.
- Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed.
- Oversee and manage health and safety.
- Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to policies and plans.
- Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works.
- Receive and review shop drawings.
- Any other duties as directed by the Contracts manager.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5-7 years experience in Fit Out across the GCC.
- Degree or Technical Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of managing multi-skilled site teams.
- Previous experience working on high end projects.
- Candidates must be emirates residents.
- Emirates DL is mandatory....
