Fit Out Executive - Tenancy

Internal Relationship

• Provide feedback from tenants and their contractors and propose action.
• Monitor fit-out progress, highlight concerns and make appropriate recommendation.
• Work with leasing on potential tenant’s requirement incl layout reconfiguration proposal and new/upgrade landlord provision.
• Report fit-out status in weekly fit-out meeting and update minutes, work closely with Leasing to ensure timely handover and procession of retail space.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new and less-experienced fit-out staff.
• Provide information of tenants and their contractors who may require the assistance of other departments.
• Work with development team, project and construction and Engineering teams to ensure site as‑built with provisions and requirements.
