First Data Governance Owner — Fully Remote, Equity Eligible

LawnStarter is seeking a hands‑on Analytics Engineer focused on data governance. You will own data quality, lineage, security, and the semantic layer across source systems, pipelines, and dashboards, including AI data readiness and privacy controls.

You’ll work with a senior analytics team to set standards, implement scalable processes, and guide the migration to Lightdash, enabling self‑serve trust for product, marketing, and finance.
