Position Summary: As a member of our team, you will be providing support to our Fireplace Technicians, as well as loading and unloading materials from the truck and organizing truck stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work.
- Install Fireplace equipment, as well as accessories, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Complete other related equipment installations as required.
- Responsible for delivering excellent service to customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner.
