Fire and Life Safety Systems Coordinator

Full‑time, permanent position reporting to the Fire and Life Safety Systems Supervisor. Salary: CAD $50,000 annually. Start date: ASAP.

Job Description

• Process work orders related to life safety systems, including replenishment of AED pads, safety eye wash solution, replacement of safety lighting, etc.
• In charge of distribution and delivery of life safety system items.
• Complete daily check‑ins at properties.
• Ensure compliance with Toronto Fire safety regulations, keeping doors closed, removing debris from egresses, ensuring emergency exit signs function, doors close properly, and all door alarms are operational.
• Verify units are in compliance with fire safety prior to new tenancy.
• Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel.
• Perform other duties as required.
