Fire Alarm Systems Installer And Servicer

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper processing of work orders related to life safety systems, including requests for replenishment of AED pads, safety eye wash solution, and replacement of safety lighting.
• Manage distribution and delivery of life safety systems items to all Homes First sites.
• Complete daily check‑ins at properties and verify compliance with Toronto Fire safety regulations.
• Ensure doors are not propped open, fire safety egresses are free of debris, emergency exit signs are functional, doors close properly, and alarms are in working order.
• Verify units are fire‑safe prior to new tenancy.
• Demonstrate and maintain professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
