Description
The Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Systems Project Coordinator works with Operations to assist in scheduling and execution of fire alarm projects. Responsibilities include organization and accuracy in scheduling, correspondence, and paperwork, and working with the Sprinkler Manager to manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, purchase orders, start up and close out documents, pricing of change notices, and attending site meetings (virtual or in person).
Task and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and project preparation: assist with the preparation, scheduling and processing of fire alarm projects with the Fire Alarm Solutions team.
- Communicate upcoming project dates and details to customers.
- Ensure customer records are accurate and updated (contact person name, number, email).
- Verify scheduled jobs with the customer at least one business day in advance.
