Fintech Solutions & Partner Success Leader

Ephelia Group is seeking a Head of Solutions & Partner Success in Lugano, Switzerland. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the full client lifecycle from initial contact to long-term partnership, combining technical leadership and sales.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in fintech and a proven track record in consultative B2B selling. You will lead onboarding and ensure client satisfaction while building a team beneath you as the business grows.

Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with additional languages seen as a plus.
