Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Retail or Consumer Finance, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
The ASM will also be responsible for conducting training for new representatives and gathering market intelligence. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in English and Filipino.
