Responsibilities
- Liaise with Head Office FinTech teams and internal business units to support system development, enhancement, and project delivery
- Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and system implementations
- Develop, maintain and enhance in-house banking applications, automation tools and management reporting systems
- Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment
- Ensure proper documentation of system specifications, workflows and technical processes
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the bank
- Any other duties as assigned by Head of Department or Branch Management
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines
