Fintech Customer Success Lead (Flexible, Remote)

dLocal in Valdivia, Chile, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain significant relationships with our customers. In this role, you will guide and support clients to optimize their use of our solutions, bringing your customer success experience to the fore.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a strong background in Project Management or Customer Success Management. Experience in payments would be a considerable advantage.
