Fintech Client Onboarding & Operations Specialist

Qube Markets, a fast-growing fintech startup in Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Client Operation Specialist to enhance client experiences. This role involves managing client onboarding, providing customer support through various channels, and collaborating with different teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in fintech or customer support, is fluent in English and Mandarin, and possesses strong attention to detail. Flexibility in working hours is expected as well.
