Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Directly supervise and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives within the assigned area, coordinating daily activities to ensure team productivity and effectiveness
- Target Deployment: Break down the regional sales targets into individual goals for team members and assign specific territories. Closely monitor progress to ensure the team meets sales and activation targets
- Store Visits & Execution: Conduct regular visits to partner merchant stores to check product visibility, POS materials, and ensure that in-store execution aligns with company standards
- Training & Enablement: Conduct on-site training and coaching for new sales representatives and store staff on product knowledge, application processes, and selling skills to enhance their performance
