We’re partnering with a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of gaming, fintech, payments, and consumer entertainment in the US to hire a FinOps Growth Finance Lead.
This role will own the financial operating system behind a rapidly scaling business, working closely with leadership across Finance, Growth, Product, Payments, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial operations reconciliations
- UA budget management growth finance
- Cash flow forecasting treasury operations
- KPI reporting forecasting
- Financing repayment tracking
- Provider, vendor payment partner settlements
Requirements:
- 4–8+ years in FinOps, FPA, Growth Finance, Strategic Finance, Treasury, Payments Ops, or similar
- Strong analytical and operational mindset
- Experience managing transaction-heavy environments
