FinOps Analyst: Treasury, Automation (Colombia)

A high-growth, US-headquartered fintech is looking to hire a Financial Operations (FinOps) Analyst to support global finance operations. This is a hands‑on, junior‑to‑mid level “jack of all trades” role, sitting across treasury, reporting, tax coordination, and process optimization.

The position will initially be a 6‑month contract (full‑time) with strong potential to convert into a permanent hire, particularly as the business establishes its Colombian entity and broader LATAM presence.

Role Responsibilities

• Own daily oversight of ~30 treasury accounts, including cash tracking and reporting
