Key Responsibilities
- Perform finishing and deburring processes including blending, polishing, and the creation of edge breaks.
- Inspect manufactured components for quality conformance to specifications using bench gauging.
- Ensure standard procedures are followed in all aspects of work, including tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.
- Perform visual inspection.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Deburr parts by removing sharp edges, mismatches, tool marks, tab cuts, and grinding.
- Perform spot facing as required.
- Straighten parts using 3‑point bending, shot peening, or manual malleting.
- Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) activities as per TPM checklist.
