Finishing Expert - EPDM & TP

Our client is an international manufacturing company within the automotive sector. They are currently looking for a Finishing Expert to join their team in Querétaro and support production, engineering, and continuous improvement activities across their plants in America. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain finishing process standards. Optimize existing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost. Support new product launches and process industrialization. Troubleshoot technical issues in finishing operations. Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and suppliers. Review product and tooling designs for feasibility (CAD support). Define technical specifications for equipment and processes. Train plant teams on finishing processes and standards. Support other North American plants when needed. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in finishing processes (EPDM / TP materials preferred).
