We are seeking an experienced Finish Grade Dozer Operator to join our civil construction team. The successful candidate will operate dozers for precise grading, earthmoving, and site preparation while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate dozers to perform rough and finish grading to required elevations and tolerances
- Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site layouts
- Work closely with surveyors, foremen, and grade personnel to meet design requirements
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain safe working distances and follow all site safety protocols
