Financial & Tax Accounting Head

Finance & Accounting Head to lead and strengthen our financial operations as we continue to grow. This is a critical leadership role for a results-driven finance professional with strong technical expertise and executive presence.

Responsibility

• Oversee and manage tax accounting and compliance, including all BIR reports and statutory filings
• Lead collections management and ensure healthy cash flow
• Prepare and review financial statements (FS) and management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations
• Manage and monitor fixed assets
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports for the Board of Directors
• Establish, improve, and enforce financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and manage a finance and accounting team
