Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

Overview

Position Summary The Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor is responsible to analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support as well as improve financial status of the Company by analyzing business results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management. This position also includes assisting annual budgeting and forecasting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Planning:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to consolidate financial projections and ensure accuracy.
• Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast).
