Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Executive Leadership to provide financial insights that improve profitability and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and operational performance
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
• Deliver executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance insights
• Support profitability initiatives, capital investments, and process improvements
• Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts
