Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Purpose of the Role

• Support assigned markets in end-to-end financial planning, performance management, and decision support across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash.
• Drive high-quality forecasting, spend governance, and performance insights by consolidating inputs, challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Act as a proactive finance business partner to Marketing, CP&A, KAMs, CFM, and CR teams—providing clear narratives, identifying risks/opportunities, and improving visibility through structured reporting.

Accountabilities

• Performance & Spend Management : Own and analyze E2E Trade Investment and Marketing spend, validate reasonability of spending and trends, impacts of accruals (claims, phasing, adjustments) on working capital.
