About the Opportunity

Our client is a private equity-backed agricultural producer operating a large network of nursery and seed-orchard sites across Canada and the U.S., growing at 50%+ year-over-year. The business is scaling fast and building out a proper FP&A function to keep pace — this Manager of FP&A role is a newly created seat on that team.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll own the full budgeting and forecasting cycle across multiple regions, building the models and processes that don't yet exist in a mature form. You'll work daily with Operations and Sales & Marketing, and weekly with Senior Management and the Executive team, translating financial analysis into decisions that shape how the business runs.
