Financial Planning & Analysis (Senior) Analyst

Reporting into Financial Planning and Analysis Director, we are searching for a team member to join us as Financial Planning & Analysis (Senior) Analyst.

What you will be doing

• Financial stewardship of the region Asia and Pacific (APAC) covering multiple business units across Asia and Pacific (40+ production sites)
• Ensure effective coordination of budgeting, forecasting cycles, financial and statistical reporting
• Business analyses, comments, periodic and ad‑hoc reporting towards APAC senior management and Global headquarter
• Support closing activities and ensure alignment with Group reporting standards
• Review of the business development of single APAC business units
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
• Work on improving the data foundation and automation behind the regional FP&A department, ideally including supporting a transition to Tableau‑ and BI‑based reporting
