Financial Operations Manager
As part of Mastercard’s Financial Operations (FinOps) team, you will help translate business needs into financially accepted operating models. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of financial processes across the organization.
You will collaborate with Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to assess day‑to‑day financial operational changes and new strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project assessment: Participate in project briefings from business teams.
- Proactively identify operational risks or design issues arising from new initiatives and ensure Finance requirements are embedded early.
