Financial Operational Manager

Overview

This is an office-based role that requires a strong operational finance professional who can partner with site management, oversee financial activities across the production facility, and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function for the production site.
• Partner with operational and production teams to drive profitability and cost efficiencies.
• Monitor production costs, inventory movements, and manufacturing variances.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
• Manage monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations.
