Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical accounting and IFRS reporting across the group.
- Prepare group consolidations and consolidated financial statements.
- Drive group budgeting, forecasting and advanced financial modelling.
- Manage corporate tax strategy, deferred tax, tax structuring and SARS disputes.
- Support audits, governance and technical accounting position papers.
- Prepare board and shareholder financial analysis and strategic reporting.
- Provide commercial insight on capital projects, acquisitions, restructuring and business performance.
- CA(SA) registered with SAICA (essential).
- Minimum 3 years' post-articles experience in Financial Management, Technical Accounting or Corporate Finance.
- Strong experience with multi-entity group consolidations, budgeting and financial modelling.
