Financial Manager (Mid-level)

Description/Synopsis: As a key member of the management team, the Financial Manager will play a vital role in ensuring financial compliance, tax efficiency, and financial planning across the business for multiple countries. This role requires involvement at operational level—a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with deep knowledge and expertise in international tax systems will be best suited.
Minimum Requirements:
BCom Accounting or relevant financial qualification
Completed SAIPA/SAICA Articles advantageous
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in senior accounting/financial management roles
Background in mining, geophysical, or civil engineering sectors is advantageous
Hands-on experience with multiple global tax systems and thorough knowledge of Double Taxation Agreements, Deferred Tax, and Withholding Taxes
