Minimum Requirements:
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (essential)
- 35 years' Finance Manager experience
- Current or previous Finance Manager experience within a hospital environment is essential
- Strong operational finance and business partnering experience
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function for the hospital
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and statutory requirements
- Partner with operational management to support strategic decision-making
- Lead and mentor the finance team
