Financial Manager / Controller - Global Manufacturer

We are working with a global industrial manufacturing and engineering services business supporting energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets. The company designs, manufactures, and services engineered equipment and operates in a hands‑on, operationally driven environment.

They are now seeking a Finance Manager / Controller to lead site‑level finance activities and act as a key business partner to operations and senior leadership.

This is a broad, operational finance position with ownership across reporting, controls, and decision support. You will be embedded within the business rather than sitting in a purely corporate or transactional function.
