Vice President, Business Planning & Performance
Location: Santiago, Chile (Hybrid)
An international mining company is seeking a Vice President, Business Planning & Performance to provide strategic leadership across its South American operations and growth portfolio.
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this position will be responsible for driving corporate planning, performance management, capital allocation and strategic decision making across a multi asset business. The role will work closely with operational, technical, commercial and finance leaders to ensure the organisation is positioned to achieve its long term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the corporate strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operating plans and growth initiatives
- Oversee annual budgets, forecasts and long range business plans across multiple operations and development projects
