Ocean Ceramics Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee the financial operations of our growing organization.

This permanent, full-time, on-site leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, payroll, compliance, budgeting, internal controls, cash flow management, and operational financial analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and department managers to support strategic growth, cost control, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and month/year-end reporting
• Financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
