K P Namboodiri's Ayurvedics (KPNA) is a heritage Ayurvedic and herbal wellness brand with a legacy spanning generations, best known for personal care products and now growing into skin and hair care. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're building institutional strength across the organisation, starting with finance.

We're looking for a Finance Controller to build a structured, data-driven finance function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role reporting to the Finance Head, and it sits at the center of how KPNA makes decisions on cost, pricing, and growth.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Financial Closing and MIS

–  Set up and run a disciplined monthly closing process

–  Standardise reporting so leadership gets consistent, timely visibility into revenue, cost, and profitability

Costing and Profitability

–  Build SKU-level costing frameworks and standard costing model...
