The Financial Controller oversees the company's accounting operations and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting. The role is responsible for implementing sound financial controls, managing audits, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
The Financial Controller also manages the financial performance of terminal operations, including cost control, capital expenditure tracking, and revenue accounting related to cargo handling, vessel services, and concession fees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management and Reporting
Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and internal reporting deadlines.
