Financial Controller
with a strong analytical profile, systemic vision, and hands-on approach.
This role reports directly to the
Finance Director , with regular interaction with external teams, acting as the technical reference for internal controls, financial compliance, and audit.
Your Mission: Internal Process Control Map, document, and review critical operational and financial processes Identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing controls Manage corporate approval workflows (Ringi system) Financial Control & Compliance Monitor revenue and expense cycles, AP/AR, treasury, and fixed assets Ensure compliance with CPC/IFRS and local tax regulations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS) Analyze financial statements to identify anomalies or fraud risks Audi...
